1. Deep fry: preheat your oil to 170 - 180°C, then deep fry frozen spring roll for about 5 mins, or until golden brown. When you remove them from the oil, place the spring rolls on absorbent paper and allow them to stand for 1 - 2 mins before serving.
2. Shallow Fry: slightly thaw out your spring roll, then shallow fry it in oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3️. Air Fry: baste or spray your frozen spring roll with oil, then pop in the air fryer for 9 mins at 200°C.
4️. Oven Bake: lightly baste your spring roll with oil, then cook from frozen at 200°C for 20 mins, turning once during cooking.
