It’s here that we make the finest gourmet spring rolls on the market, showcasing local gourmet Australian ingredients and with no added preservatives, fillers, flavours or colours.

Since 2002, Tim and Gail Thiele along with their extended family have been operating their farming operation, Barramundi Gardens. Growing high quality, award winning Pure Australian Barramundi for the food service industry.
