Our spring rolls are available in an entrée size of 40 grams per piece. We are able to make to order for large production runs and contract manufacturing in our HACCP Accredited Processing Facility. We've found these are versatile and perfect for restaurants, caterers and event planners.
Our Springroll Gold springrolls taste amazing whether you deep-fry, shallow-fry, oven bake or air fry them.
DEEP FRY: Preheat oil to 170-180°C. Deep fry frozen spring roll for 5 min or until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper, allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving.
SHALLOW FRY: Slightly thaw out your spring roll, then shallow fry it in oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
AIR FRY: Baste or spray your frozen spring roll with oil, then pop in the air fryer for 9 mins at 200°C.4️.
OVEN BAKE: Lightly baste your spring roll with oil, then cook from frozen at 200°C for 20 mins, turning once during cooking.
