DEEP FRY:
Preheat oil to 170-180°C. Deep fry frozen spring roll for 5 min or until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper, allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving.
SHALLOW FRY:
Slightly thaw out your spring roll, then shallow fry it in oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
AIR FRY:
Baste or spray your frozen spring roll with oil, then pop in the air fryer for 9 mins at 200°C.4️.
OVEN BAKE:
Lightly baste your spring roll with oil, then cook from frozen at 200°C for 20 mins, turning once during cooking.Guaranteed crunchy, golden goodness every time!

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Cut spring rolls diagonally on a chopping board with aserrated bread knife and stack in a criss-cross manner and present on a long plate with dipping sauce. Alternatively, to add some freshness to your plate, wrap the spring roll in iceberg lettuce leaves, add fresh mint and dip into your favourite sauce.
